This form will be sent to the St John office in your State or Territory for processing. You will be contacted within 2 business days with course confirmation or to discuss further details.
In any case that a participant needs to be transferred to another course date, transfer request must occur 2 days prior to class commencement date. Each additional transfer request may incur an administration fee.
