Pre-Learning is required for certain courses. Please make sure to check if your chosen course requires pre-learning to be completed before attending the training.

*Virtual training room includes all the required training resources sent to each participant, this includes a manikin and defib training pads; these training resources are kept by the participant. This training must be completed individually on a participant’s own computer/tablet, group training is not available for the 100% virtual classroom.

Government directions require students to perform first aid assessment tasks on another person, who acts as the ‘mock casualty’. Students need to arrange for a second person to join them for 15 mins in the second half of the class time. The second person should not be part of your original training group.

STEP 6 - Confirmation

In any case that a participant needs to be transferred to another course date, transfer request must occur 5 days prior to class commencement date. Each additional transfer request may incur an administration fee.
